It's POTTY TIME!!!

Over the past few months I have been working introducing the potty to Lauren. Her will had defiantly got the best of her until Monday. :) Josh was home for the day because that is his day home from the church and also school was canceled. Monday we started setting her on the potty while we were watching a Christmas show all of a sudden I looked down and...YEA, she had peed!!! I was so excited and we made a very big deal about it for at least 10 minutes. Then after that she had no accidents and did awesome all day. Tuesday was a totally different story, she wouldn't go potty at all she fought it all day, but I kept her in panties and cleaned up the messes. Wednesday, we went to town and so we waited until we got home, we started putting her back in panties. She didn't go pee, but she held it which was a huge step. Just before bed she went and we did the happy dance again, it was so exciting, I at least knew that the past few days were not in vain. Thursday, she only had 2 accidents and was dry all day. Today, was even better, she woke up dry and went first thing this morning. She has been dry all day and we have even accomplished #2 and she even asked to go. The best part was we even went to town and she did so awesome. Sorry for all the detail I am just so happy that we stuck with it and that she has made such wonderful progress. Tonight is her first night with no diaper in bed, so we will see how it goes. YEA!!! No more diapers.
